Episode#65 On the Eleventh day, the war-fare vividly demonstrated by Front stupendous skills and expertise. He destroyed Pandavas forces with which the hungry tounge of raging like a fire burning up dry logs. His rapid movements made the Pandavas army feel as if Drona was Omni-present showering of arrows staging the battlefield in a way to initiate the dance of God of death. Drona led a straight attack on Yudhishtira, his golden chariot drawn by four horses headed in the direction of Yudhishtira who aimed at him barbed arrow, feathered with eagle feathers. Suddenly Yudhishtira bow was dismembered; Dhrishtadyumna tried to intercept Drona but in vain. The whole army shouted: "Yudhishtira has been taken!" Mahabharata War Day 10 Fall of Bhisma

Episode#64 On the 10th day using Shikhandi as armour, Arjuna attacked Bhisma. When Shikhandi darts pierced his chest rage of Sparks flew from Bhisma eyes and he glared as if to consume Shikhandi. But immediately constrained himself and decided not to be provoked into fighting Shikhandi as it was unworthy of a warrior to attack woman. He was well aware that his end was near; Shikhandi went on discharging his arrows unaware of the emotional upheaval in Bhisma mind. Arjuna also hardened his heart and aimed arrows hiding behind Shikhandi, Bhisma smiles as the arrows continued to pour on him thick, turning to Dusshasana he said "Ah, these are Arjuna's arrows! Episode#56 The second day, the Pandavas army having fared badly on the first day of the battle, Dhrishtadyumna, devised corrective measures and the army was carefully arrayed to infuse confidence in the warriors! Duryodhana filled with confidence due to the outcome of their tremendous success on the first day stood in the centre and addressed his warriors "My armoured heroes, our victory is assured, fight and care not for life" he shouted with great pride. Draupadi reliving her bitter memories...

Episode#52 (One year completed) Draupadi was reliving the bitter memories - she remembered Dusshasana callousness that had broken all the barriers of decency, he has grabbed her by the hair which was loose down to her waist and he dragged her all the way to the Hall of Dice, she tried to escape but he dragged her again by hair and threw her on the floor little caring to the elders who were seated there. Episode#28 Back in Hastinapur, the Kaurava as were dismayed at witnessing the glory of Pandavas! Sakuni planned a dice game wherein the dices were especially made from Jarasandha bones and played to his tunes. Yudhishtira loved playing dice but was not very proficient and was easily defeated by the deceitful Sakuni. The Pandavas lost everything they possessed including their wife Draupadi. Duryodhana laughed cruelly and ordered Dusshasana to drag Draupadi to the Dice hall, when Dusshasana crashed into her room, Draupadi was clad in a single clothe; he grabbed her by her loose hair and dragged her to Dice Hall, she tried to wrench free and run away, but she could not and he threw her on the floor in the presence of Dhritarashtra, Bhisma Pitamah, Drona, Kripa, Vidura, and Karna! Draupadi Swayamwara and her purpose of birth...

Episode#20 They reached King Drupada's capital Panchala on the day when he was holding Swayamwara for Princess Draupadi. Among the kings invited were Duryodhana, his brothers, Karna, Vasudev Krishna with his elder brother Balarama and other Yadavas were present too! Vasudev Krishna and Balarama were the maternal cousins of Pandavas as Kunti was Vasudev's sister. Drupada wanted to avenge Drona who had humiliated him by defeating him at the hands of his disciples a few years ago. He invoked Lord Shiva for a son who would kill Drona; performed yagna and the fire God blessed him with two children who emerged from the flames - one was Dhristhadyumna who would kill Drona and Draupadi who will marry in the Kuru family and divide them. Kunti returns to Hastinapur

Episode#15 One fateful morning, when Madri was taking bath on the bank of river, Pandu watched her stealthily from behind a tree, when she emerged from river covered with single cloth dripping with femininity, Pandu was unable to resist and he grabbed her by force and embraced her tightly, Madri resisted and reminded him of the curse but Pandu was overpowered by his feelings of passion and thus met his death. Madri, cursed herself and burned on the funeral pyre of her husband as sati was the usual practice then. Kunti now left alone, returned to Hastinapur along with the five children. Kunti lived at the Hastinapur court, and her five sons, together with the hundred sons of Gandhari were brought up jointly under the guardianship of Bhisma. At Hastinapur a keen rivalry soon developed between five Pandavas and their hundred cousins the Kaurava, while rival queens of Hastinapur lived together neither being friendly nor explicitly hostile - they had no choice but to play a neutral role...
